BUAV takes campaign call across London for independent inquiry at Imperial College

The BUAV is taking its campaign message to the streets of London today with an eye-catching mobile advert. With the by-line 'LIFE AT UNIVERSITY...NOT ALL IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE,' our advert highlights the appalling animal suffering inflicted on animals at Imperial College London. The mobile advert is touring London, urging shoppers and students to support our campaign and sign our petition. Leaflets will be handed out en route.

Please sign our petition.

Over 59,000 people have signed our petition supporting our call to the Government to set up a fully independent inquiry into the concerns raised by our investigation. Please sign and share it.

The BUAV campaign has received support from a host of celebrities and other prominent figures. Individuals to sign our open letter to Lord Taylor, the Home Office Minister, include Joanna Lumley, Morrissey, Chrissie Hynde, Moby, Jenny Seagrove and Twiggy. Other individuals to sign up include Jonathan Porritt, Peter Tatchell, Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan and Mark Carwardine.

The BUAV was joined at 10 Downing Street by Adrian Sanders MP, Caroline Lucas MP and Penny Mordaunt MP to deliver our open letter.
