As a supporter care specialist you will form the front line of the organisation's supporter care effort, a vital component in the continuing success of the organisation. Fulfilling an integral part of the fundraising effort you will be an accomplished communicator fielding multi-channel supporter enquiries; your thorough and conscientious response handling, data management and excellent customer care will guarantee an efficiently managed donor care journey for supporters.
An excellent communicator you will enjoy dealing with a wide and diverse range of people on the phone and face to face at our Headquarters building in London. You will have excellent administrative skills gained in a customer-facing environment, including the ability to deal with complex enquiries submitted by telephone, email or in writing.
Working in conjunction with the Head of Development you will act as an advocate for supporter care issues and ensure that all organisational outputs encourage supporter feedback and enable a two-way-flow of information between the BUAV group of companies and its supporters.
